Brew Coffee Spot

Brew Coffee Spot is a coffee shop located in La Mesa, California, at 6101 Lake Murray Blvd. The shop offers a variety of single-origin coffees, including El Salvador, Panama Highlands, and Colombia Castillo. Each coffee has distinct notes and flavors, such as orange, huckleberry, and vanilla custard in the El Salvador coffee.

In addition to its coffee selection, Brew Coffee Spot is committed to reducing its ecological footprint. The shop uses ceramic cups for hot drinks and glassware for cold drinks, and serves food on real plates with silverware. For customers on the go, the shop offers cups and straws made from plants, which are 100% compostable.

Brew Coffee Spot also hosts various events, including book signings, meet and greets, and community markets. For example, the shop will host a book signing and meet and greet with Keith E. Lyons, author of The Complete World of Coffee, and a community town hall with Laura Lothian, a candidate for La Mesa mayor. These events provide a space for customers to connect with each other and with the community.

The shop's commitment to sustainability and community engagement sets it apart from other coffee shops. By using environmentally responsible practices and hosting events that bring people together, Brew Coffee Spot aims to create a positive impact on the environment and the community. Customers can visit the shop to enjoy a cup of coffee, attend an event, or simply to relax in a welcoming atmosphere.
